The first video is a VR experience created for the Second and Delaware multi-family development. The design focused on providing the potential resident with a fully-immersive to scale portrayal of the community and its amenities before being built, aiding in pre-leasing during construction.
The second video showcases the VR experience produced for Dinerstein’s Northgate Student Housing. Although similar to Second and Delaware, this solution provided the user with the opportunity to play. By including yard games, the users were able to compete with each other and have an even more memorable experience. This generated a lot of buzz around campus, attracting students to the sales center.
Overall, these custom user-experiences have proven to be efficient sales tools, as the majority of people who try them ultimately sign a lease.
