What started as one of the most luxurious apartment buildings to be developed in the city core, has now become a very extensive real estate upgrade to the Kansas City downtown area.
With the One Light building already fully developed and three more planned to be built in the near future, this development will forever change the skyline of the Kansas City.
In order to help The Cordish Companies represent and promote this ample upgrade, Arnold imaging was commissioned to help the design team iterate faster through their designs in addition to producing visual marketing material.
We had several targets to appeal to – from Mayor Sly James and the Kansas City Council to prospective tenants and the general public – each required us to create strategic collateral. A variety of high-quality images and a cinematic animation were produced to help Cordish pitch their vision to decision makers and win over the public through an effective marketing campaign.
My role was to art direct the animation, photography and imagery so that each element could tell a unique and complementary story about the lifestyle, features and benefits of all the new buildings. It was also a pleasure to be part of the 3D teamwork that was necessary to deliver this high-detail project.
