As the largest Passive House Certified project that will consume 92% less energy than buildings of similar size, this is one of the most innovative and sustainable housing developments in the making.

My objective was to develop a true-to-scale, fully immersive VR experience that would engage a not-too-tech-savvy target audience and efficiently boost pre-sales.

Currently used in Second & Delaware Sales Center, it has proven to be a very efficient sales channel, as the vast majority of people who try the VR experience end up signing a lease.
